Is the technology sold from e-waste?
Yes, at Volk Retro we specialize in sourcing, restoring, and reselling high-quality tech from e-waste. People throw out technology in huge quantities, 60% of the tech we get only has a minor fault or is completely working when retrieved from e-waste.
Just because it’s e-waste doesn't mean its junk. You’d be surprised by what people throw out!
Each item we sell goes through an inspection, cleaning, fixing (if needed) and refurbishment process to ensure the unit is fit for customers and works properly.
What courier is used for shipping?
We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Shipping & tracking is included in all orders.
If you would like express postage, parcel insurance or sign on delivery these are all optional extras at checkout.
Do you do international shipping:
No we currently only support shipping in Australia (domestically)

We normally send your parcel to Australia Post within 2 business days (max)
These are figures from Australia Post and cant be guaranteed. Unforeseen events or period of high demand can lead to longer delivery times.
Victoria: 4 - 5 business days
Other states: 3 - 7 business days
Are video game discs sold resurfaced?
Yes, a portion of our discs are professionally resurfaced using an ELM ECO-Master machine, an industry-standard resurfacing system that ensures discs are restored to the highest quality without defects.
Any discs that have been resurfaced will be clearly specified in their product description. Discs that haven’t been resurfaced may have minor scuffs or scratches due to the nature of used games, but we always ensure they are fully playable / working before sale.
Do the video game discs come with original manuals & covers?
Unless specified in the description & product photos, no.
