Warranty:

All items sold through our site are covered by our 30-day warranty.

If you encounter any issues within 30 days of receiving the item you can contact us at: contact@volkretro.com.au
(please ensure you provide us with your order number and name)

• We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund free of charge. (this is at our discretion)

• If the item needs to be returned to our warehouse, we will cover the return postage costs.

Please note that our warranty only covers manufacturing defects and faults on machines but does not cover damage resulting from misuse, scratches and scuffs, accidental damage, unauthorized / DIY repairs, or day to day wear and tear.

If any defects / scratches / cosmetic features were pointed out in a product description before sale are not applicable for a refund or replacement.
